REFUND PROCESS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alpargate. If for any reason you are not, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the process. Please note that the shoes must be in their original condition and packaging.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Once we receive your returned shoes, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
